Tenants of Faith
1. There is one God, eternally existing as three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
2. The sixty-six books of the Christian Bible are the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
3. Humans are both physical and spiritual, created by God in His image.
4. Adam’s sin corrupts all creation, and all human beings are sinners, dead in their sin and alienated from God.
5. God the Son is fully God and became also fully human in the one person, Jesus Christ.
6. Jesus Christ was born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross, was resurrected, and ascended to the Father.
7. God overcame the corruption of sin through the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ.
8. God, by grace, saves sinners through their faith in Christ unto faithful obedience, to Him.
9. The church, local and universal, is an extensive and diverse community united by belief in Christ and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
10. Christ will return visibly to judge the world, raise up and transform every believer, and establish His kingdom upon the recreated earth.
